SUGGESTED FOR USE Take 1 Scoop (33g) of RIPPED WHEY in 250 ml. of water/skimmed milk and shake well for 20-30sec. and consume before or after a workout as per your requirement twice or thrice a day or as suggested by dietician/trainer.
